Men and women from all walks of life come along for various reasons, for some it’s to improve fitness or lose weight and for others it’s to get away from the daily grind or for the personal challenge.
Question: Am I fit enough?
No matter how fit or unfit you are we will work with you at your own pace, all sessions and activities can be adapted to suit all abilities.
Question: Who will train us?
We are area small family team with a passion for fitness and outdoor activities. We are all qualified instructors and love sharing our passion with you.
Question: What will the day consist of?
The day is varied and will consist of a mix of cardio, strength, stretch and relaxation. We will also throw in an outdoor adventure activity, this could be cycling, climbing, surfing or even an overnight expedition (don’t worry it’s not as tough as it sounds). Of course we also do a lot of chatting and will invite a local motivational speaker to join us sometime during the week.
Question: What happens in the evenings?
As we also stay on site with you we will make sure that there’s plenty to do, we may go out for an evening walk (do some star gazing), watch a movie or take part in an evening yoga class. Of course you may just want to go to bed early exhausted from the day’s exercise, and that’s ok too.
Question: What will I eat?
We will prepare you three nutritious meals and two snacks each day. We use local produce and believe in a balanced healthy diet and proper food. Our chef is on hand to chat with you about our menu and if you have any special dietary requirements he will make sure you are catered for.
Question: Will I be hungry?
If you are joining us for fitness only then you will receive larger portions.
Question: What do I need to bring?
Once you have booked we will send you a complete kit list and if there’s anything you aren’t sure about then you can give us a call.
